PEEK-N AT THE PAST

17 YEARS AGO, I FELL IN LOVE WITH THE BREED
15 YEARS AGO, OUR BREEDING PROGRAM BEGAN

Puppydog "Match" was born in our first homebred litter. His dam, Sandy Ridge Morningstar, had 5 generations of champions behind her spot in her pedigree.  Ch. Here Tis' Up 'n Adam was Match's sire; Adam was No. 8 in AKC rankings as a special male the year Match was born.

Still  stackin' up at age 8 Match sired 11 AKC champs, 6 in his first two litters. .In his dogshow debut, at 6 mos of age,  he came away with a 5pt. major earning Best of Breed.   We miss this unique clown! Others report his progeny and gr. grandpups are the healthiest examples of the breed they have ever owned.

Shown with "Stanley" who became Ch. R and B's His Honor of Fancibul, a contributor to our breeding program and producer of champions too.  Our "Precious" is Stanley's daughter.

Ch. Hi-Arc's Minnie Mouse, Daughter
of the all-time top producing stud, Ch. Cox's Goodtime Charlie Brown

Hi-Arc's Grey Poupon

Petite, fiesty and adorable, L'il Minnie  is shown completing her title pursuit with a 5 pt. win at Little Rock, Ark. Minnie was mom to 7 AKC champs  including "Stanley" in previous photo.  Minnie's great and gr. gr. granddaughters are continuing her legacy of producing beautiful quality litters with outstanding health, temperament and large sized litters.

Mustard despised the showring. She had a major win plus other points but I  gave up on trying to persuade her to finish the AKC title.  She  was one of my best moms with a unique personality:   independent, clever, and comical with her tendency to have selective hearing. She  was  mom to 6 AKC  and 1 Canadian champion. Our stud dog "Dare" is a grandson, and Ch. "Peaches", a gr. granddam that retired in summer of '09.

One of my favorite photos depicts Mustard with her second litter of 6.  My Belles are unequaled in the whelping box for their devotedness to offspring, their abundance of rich milk, and large litters.  No one or two puppy litters happen here!

Ch. Fancibul's Up Above the World

Ch. Fancibuls Diamond in the Sky

Fancibul's Summernight Dream

Star is a daughter of Donna Forehand's Ch. Bridges Gradon Magna and our  Fancibul Sunkist Star Arisen who passed away on 11-04-2008.  Star retired in Illinois living quite close to her own daughter,  "Peaches".

Diamond is Star's littermate. The litter was so outstanding that I couldn't decide which girl would be a "keeper" so both stayed to become AKC champions and also producers of several champions. Diamond retired with my friends, Linda & Joe Kirkpatrick.  Linda decided she wanted to be involved in showing and I am her mentor and close friend.  Summer  has an outstanding group of ancestors, several of which won the Westminster and specialty shows, but she disliked show biz. I became frustrated with hearing judges remark, "she looks bored."   One day Summer did perform reasonably well and won Best of  Breed (as shown in this photo.)   I looked down at her  and  remarked, "that's it for you....as far as I am concerned, you are DONE!"     Ch. Fancibul's Liberty Belle and Ch. Fancibuls Rare Beauty are the result of her contribution to us.
